Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operation for administration support to the sales team
• Order processing and coordinate sales related matters
• Pricing verification and document verification
• Coordination works for internal and external parties
• Handle delivery arrangement and general logistic arrangement
• Prepare sales reports for management review
• Responsible for export license application
• Perform ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Transport Logistic or related disciplines; Or
• with 1 - 2 years' working sales administrative support experience is advantage
• Able to work independently, with strong sense of responsibility
• High proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good common in both t English, Mandarin and Cantonese
