ACADEMIC SECRETARIAT

Executive Assistant (two posts) (Ref. 18072604-E)  

Duties

The appointees will be required to:

(a) provide administrative support to the Academic Quality Assurance Team;

(b) provide administrative and secretarial support to committees, working groups and task forces;

(c) assist in organising meetings/events and provide required logistics support;

(d) liaise with internal and external parties;

(e) perform general office administrative work; and

(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Academic Secretary or his delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a recognised degree;

(b) preferably have at least one year of work experience;

(c) have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing;

(d) have good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and

(e) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.  Initial appointments will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
