Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales and purchase team on order processing and follow up
- Handle order processing and related paperwork
- Provide administrative and logistics support.
- Apply for insurance claim for damage or loss items.
- Maintain accurate inventory record (Identify damage, loss, and surplus of goods stored in the warehouse)
- Handle ad hoc duty as assigned by management
Experience & Qualifications:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in trading field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Good Command in both written and spoken English is preferable
- Mature, aggressive, self- motivated
- Shipping/Logistic knowledge is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
