Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Issue and follow up purchase orders
  • Prepare PO and data input for report analysis
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Responsible for data entry and filing 
  • Monitor inventory
  • Import and Export declaration 

Requirements : 

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Experience or knowledge in purchasing and order processing, shipping and supply chain will be an advantage
  • PC knowledge in Word and Excel
  • Self initiative, independent, logical, hard-working, well-organized and willing to learn
