Responsibilities:

- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to management

- Handle daily correspondence, business proposals and confidential documents as required

- Liaise with relevant organization and parties on behalf of the Director

- Organize and attend social functions with the Director

- Assist in directors' personal matters and keep confidentialities

- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for the Director

- Manage and take care of Director's properties

- Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

- Holder of Bachelor degree or above

- Minimum of 5 years of PA experience

- Previous experience in working for Fortune 500 companies will be a definite advantage

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Strong communication skills

- Detail-minded, well-organized, pleasant with a can-do attitude

- Maturity, patience, strong sense of responsibility

- Flexible to work OT or on weekends in case of emergency

- Immediate availability is highly preferred

- Willing to travel overseas
