Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for internal documents control and maintain effective document system;
• Responsible for providing full spectrum of office administrative support including equipment maintenance, office supplies, insurance renewal, vendors management and relocations, etc.;
• Collect or despatch documents or items;
• Responsible for daily operations including data input, filing and other administrative clerical support
• Assist Department Head to handle full spectrum of administrative duties;
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments;
• Back up reception duties.

Requirements

• Form 7 or above;
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Good PC skills and communication skill in both English and Chinese;
• Hands-on and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Self-motivated, responsible and hardworking;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant.
