Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Managements, such as organizing, meetings, preparing agenda, mintues, memo and various correspondences;
- Provide support on assigned various projects/tasks and support multiple functions/parties such as prepare various documents, reports, presentations and meeting materials, travel arrangements, air-tickets and etc.;
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for the Managements;
- Prepare analysis on information or data as required;
- Maintain efficient filing systems and record management;
- Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Tertiary education in Business discipline with formal secretarial training;
- At least 3 years secretarial working experience;
- Proven ability in handling confidential information;
- Good organization and communication skills, self-motivated, multi-tasking and willing to take up challenges;
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
