Job Description
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- min. 2 years relevant experience in garment field
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & ideally Mandarin
- Good analytical, organization and administrative skills
- Mature and proficiency in using MS office
- Able to work under pressure and overtime
Duties:
- Responsible for quality check of all quality related documentation
- Prepare all required reports and statistical information to related departments
- To play a role of the main focal point during QA and Suppliers for schedule arrangement
- Working with Merchandising to provide support for documents transferring
- Internal support & QC Team Admin. issue (prepare Purchase Requisition/Travel Requisition/Reimbursement claim etc.)
- System updated and data entry
- Other operational ad hoc projects
