Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager of the Hong Kong office
Providing full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties
Minute taking in meetings
Handling travel arrangements independently
Appointment scheduling
Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Tertiary or above
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
High proficiency in written and spoken English. Cantonese or other languages beneficial
High proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Self-confident, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and cope with high demand
