Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the General Manager of the Hong Kong office 
  • Providing full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties  
  • Minute taking in meetings 
  • Handling travel arrangements independently  
  • Appointment scheduling 
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Tertiary or above 
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience  
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English. Cantonese or other languages beneficial 
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills  
  • Self-confident, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and cope with high demand
