Job Description
Our client is a listed and fast-growing securities / brokerage business currently looking for a seasoned C&B professional to join as part of their HR team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will assume overall responsibilities across Benefits, Compensation and Payroll function; inclusive of providing strategic oversight and taking the lead to review and streamline policies, practices and administrative systems in the areas of Benefits, Compensation and Payroll. On top of day to day HR operations, the position will also take charge of annual exercises e.g. budgeting, salary surveys, review and benchmarking etc
To qualify, you will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with at least 8+ year's experience working for Chinese invested asset management / securities / brokerage firms within C&B capacity. You will be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese & English, also a hands-on individual who can influence senior stakeholders with tactful communications skills. The role pays up to $60k per month with excellent fringe benefits, immediate available candidates highly regarded.
