Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support General Manager for brand building assigned category/brands, both short term and long term business development communication internally and externally for clear expectations objectives.
- Maintain a close business relationship with supplier and distributor
- To provide administrative support in maintaining and updating agreements, contracts, licenses, certificates, procurement and relationship with landlords, shopping mall, management office, etc.
- Responsible for decoration, renovation and removal
- Assist Ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Communication
- Minimum 3 years relevant working, ideally with exposure in skincare industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good presentation skills and strong in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Mobile, energetic and willing to travel.
- Outgoing, creative, proactive and independent.
