HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects
• Support wide spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, training & development, HR record maintenance and personnel data reporting & analysis
• Assist in coordinating and executing employee engagement events / activities
• Responsible for office administration
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management  
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in F&B or retail industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
• Self-motivated, proactive with ability to communicate with different levels of people
• Strong time management, organization and presentation skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
