Archives / Library Team is responsible for preserving and providing access to the Group’s historical records as information reference service, and management of the Group’s library resource 

Job responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and development of archives / library program
• Participate in the communication and promotion of archives policies and procedures, and co-ordinate with the production of related publicity materials such as newsletter and leaflet
• Conduct history research on archival records to promote information reference service to both internal and external users of archival materials
• Assist in the operation and enhancement of the digital asset management system for collection management including indexing and describing records, and attend to such administrative and general duties in collection management as preservation and digitization
• Assist in the management of the library resource including cataloguing of books, magazine collections and multi-media materials 

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Library Science, Archival Studies, Record Management, History, Museum Studies, Comparative and Public History or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in libraries, archives, museum, arts/ culture promotion or related disciplines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• With exposure in drafting archives operating guidelines an advantage
• Familiar with operation of database system, digital asset management system or library system an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to multi-task with good organizational skills, attention to details a must
• Mature, agile, high integrity and self-motivated with the ability to deal with senior executives
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other multimedia software or technical knowledge an advantage
