Our client is an international organisation that manages and develops the philanthropic programmes of charitable entities. Due to their business needs, they are looking for a Office Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Responsible for courier services, office supplies and stationery ordering and meeting room arrangement
  • Perform general office works such as data input, conference room’s set up and office tidy up
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 years or above relevant experience
  • Proficiency in PC software (esp. MS Excel, Sales Force and MS Office 365)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
