Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  1. Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound calls, and outbound calls (warm call) for verifying content.
  2. Communicate with various departments to follow up daily operations.
  3. Provide quality service and solve problems for customers.
  4. Be able to handle complaints professionally, both written and verbally.
  5. Prepare, update and compile various types of daily, weekly, monthly and/or ad- hoc reports.
  6. KPIs will be specified and to be achieved.
  7. Any other ad hoc projects assigned by Manager.

 

 KNOWLEDGE

 

  1. At least Two-years relevant customer service experience. Experience in Call Centre would be an advantage.
  2. Positive attitude, patient, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Able to solve problems for customers.
  4. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  5. Proficiency in MS office including word, excel, power point.
