Job Description
~ Form 5 or above
~ 1-2 years clerical, customer service or office admin working experience
~ Confident telephone manner
~ Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
~ Able to work under pressure, hardworking, initiative, responsible and attention to details
~ Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Duties:
~ To provide clerical and administrative support
~ To update and maintain the database;
~ Handle Customer Service hotline enquiries
~ Maintain good customer relationship and promote company services
