Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in localization of educational materials from International Red Cross
• Assist in develop, execute of humanitarian education curriculum and dissemination works, including E-learning platform, training courses, workshops, conferences and related activities.
• Support and monitor the daily operation of E-Learning platform
• Facilitate the implementation of educational campaign “Humanity Campus” and liaise with related education institutions for enrolment
• Provide operational and administrative support to humanitarian education events and campaigns including documentary and data entry
• Liaise with contractors regarding E-learning platform design and operation
• Handle any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• 5 passes in HKCEE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (University graduate with less experience will also be considered)
• Ability to streamline processes with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel 
• Basic knowledge on graphic design and website operation is a plus
• Keen interest and commitment to the cause of humanity
• Experience in holding social services and recreational events are preferable

Contract Period: 2 years
