Office Assistant/ Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of general administrative support to Senior Management.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Mature and experienced person.
- Minimum 3-4 Years secretarial or administrative experience
- Work in a small, busy, English speaking Office.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, written Chinese and Mandarin.
- Possess good computer and organisational skills. ie MS Office incl. Excel etc.
Job Benefits:
- Salary range - HKD16,000 to HKD18,000 depending on experience.
- Office Location - Tsim Sha Tsui East
- Office hours - 9 to 6, 5 days a week.
- Medical Scheme.
