• F.5 or above with 1 to 2 years of working experience
• Fresh graduate without relevant working experience may also apply
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Service oriented with good telephone manner is essential
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
• Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
