Job Description

Our client is a fast growing beverage chain founded in Guangdong which has more than 90 stores in first tier cities of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen with a high-density store covering and high media attention. The products have been widely recognized by customers and media.

It is going to set up numerous of stores in Hong Kong and they are looking for high calibre to fill up the HR Manager position:

 

Key Tasks

  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
  • Provide professional advice and work closely with operation team in hiring needs and selection criteria for frontline staff
  • Explore and manage all potential sourcing channels of talent, e.g. online job posting, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals and other active searching channels
  • Explore and adopt suitable recruitment strategies to cope with the hiring demand due to business growth and needs
  • Ensure compliance and consistency of HR practices across the group and subsidiary companies.
  • Formulate, implement, review and update company policies and procedures regularly to ensure that they are in compliance with statutory requirements (such as Labor Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance, etc) and enhance the overall business efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Cooperation with operations leaders and district manager to ensure achieving HR efficiencies through the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Provide advice and consultative support to ensure adequate staffing level, proper succession planning, effective performance management programs/ schemes for long term business development.
  • Coach and provide advice to managers on people management and develop their people skills so as to improve operations efficiency & effectiveness and provide advice on inquiries on disciplinary/performance issues. 
  • Coordinate and implement Human Resources services including day-to-day management of resourcing and benefits functions.

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Management
  • Experience in Retail/F&B/Catering/ Restaurant will be an advantage

  • Excellent command of writing skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) & English
