We are currently partnering up with listed corporate, MNC, and international law firms in supporting their recruitment needs. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Hong Kong office; the desk sits in a very high performing team with an established network, a diverse client base and significant yet growing market share in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling the end-to-end recruitment process 
• Establish and grow long term relationships with valued clients
• Involve in business development, develop new business by conducting cold calling and networking 
• Candidate and client care activities with strong business acumen and the ability to acquire new clients

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in client servicing or business development position, with a proven track record of professional achievement, recruitment experiences will be an advantageous 
• Solid knowledge of proactive approach to recruit
• Strong analytical and good interpersonal and presentation skills, highly-motivated, result driven and able to work independently
• Outcome Focused to deliver exceptional business result
• Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written
