Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to prepare quotations, proposal, agreements and presentation materials 
• Assist to prepare all types of internal and external reports by consolidating data provided by other departments
• Provide support on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Education & Experience:

• Degree holder in Languages or relevant 
• Proactive, energetic, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Fresh University graduates will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive
