A large bank urgently requires following high calibre to join their team:

Responsibilities: 
- Assist project manager with project management, coordination and follow up tasks
- Responsible for project related purchase order preparation and project costs tracking
- Conduct systems testing and co-ordinate in testing activities
- Provide project office administrative support
- Assist with meeting scheduling
- Assist with preparation of reports and meeting minutes
- Using Microsoft suite of products to efficiently and effectively complete project administrative tasks

Requirements
- At least 2 years of Administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible, independent, self-initiative, systematic and detail-minded
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline.
