Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-stop recruitment services from post job advertisement, conduct interview, confirm offer and sign contract for property management division
- Liaise with external parties for recruitment activities and participate in mass recruitment events
- Handle staff referral program and trainee program
- Conduct market survey for bench-marking
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Join various work groups and committees for staff activities and any assigned ad-hoc tasks
Position Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in sizable firm
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
