Our client is a Global Education group, due to the business expansion, their HR C&B team is now  looking for a Medical Claims Officer(Internal Group Medical Claims focuses/Global Education Group).Direct reporting to the HR C&B team with a highly competitive remuneration package, successful incumbent will assist in the group medical claims, compensation & benefits related matters, handling of medical cases' activities related.   

Immediately Available are highly preferred 

Responsibilities:  

• Assess and process medical claims according to company's claims guidelines
• Maintain, review and monitor compensation and medical Claims process across the organization
• Counseling top management on insurance programs by reviewing and analyzing business unit data in identifying trends and recommendations to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
• Arrange disbursement of reports and payments on claims settlement
• Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility
• Ensure claim tasks delivered are in compliance with any regulatory requirements and Group Insurance policy and practices
• Manage routine daily claims administration work

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder or Tertiary educational background equivalence   
• Minimum 2 years of solid medical claims role experiences, preferably exposure in any financial institutional or insurances field relevance  
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Detail-minded, organized and down-to-earth with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills enabling the gathering and summarizing of large amounts of numerical data
• Immediately available is highly preferable
