Requirements:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Efficient and polite attitude, with clear voice, helpful tone, friendly and positive attitude
• Customer/member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of hotel industry, products and services an advantage
• Minimum Form 6 or diploma with pass in English plus 1 year’s working experiences in hotel/ member service industry; candidates with higher academic qualifications also welcome to apply

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform office administrative duties and offer admin support to the sales teammates
2. Handle customers/members’ enquiries, do welcome calls and make reservations for them
3. Arrange data input and handle membership packages for members
4. Hand in regular monthly reports on time to hotel and direct manager
