Job role:

You will provide a consultative service to both clients and candidates. You should have the ability to competently assess the aptness of a candidate before deeming him suitable for a particular role.

You will also be hiring and leading your own team.

Requirements:

• You should possess a degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least 3 years of working experience within the recruitment industry.
• Resourceful, highly self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skill
• Keen interest in sales and business development
• Strong aspiration to build a career within the industry
• Experience as an Recruitment Consultant in the legal specialization is preferred but not a must
• Experience managing a team is ideal
