Job Description

Claims Clerk/Legal Clerk

Responsibilities:

  •    Assist in-house lawyers with the daily handling of claim and legal cases
  •    Communicate and liaise with clients
  •    Provide general clerical support to the team

Requirements:

  •    Associate Degree equivalent or above
  •    Legal Executive qualification an advantage
  •    Experience in legal or insurance-related firms preferred
  •    Well-organized, attention to details and responsible
  •    Proficient in English and Chinese typing
  •    Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook

Loss Adjuster Trainee

Responsibilities:

  •        Conduct interviews and on-site investigations
  •        Prepare investigation reports to clients

Requirements:

  •        Degree equivalent or above
  •        Well-organized, attention to details with good analytical and communication skills
  •        Proficient in English and Chinese typing
  •        Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
  •        Fresh graduates will be considered
