Duties:
- Report to Regional Training Manager Travel Retail
- Support the expansion of the business in Asia Pacific and tasked to increase beauty consultants’ productivity via regular training and on-counter coaching.
- This include plan and implement training strategy, provide classroom training, follow up with field coaching, conduct assessment to ensure knowledge and image are maintained at the corporate standard.

Requirements:
- Degree holder with about 3 years relevant experience in retail and training
- Passionate trainer with proven coaching skills and retail mindset
- Proactive, creative, and result-oriented.
- Knowledge in beauty products
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
