Responsibilities:

• Assist for recruitment and hiring of office and frontline staff
• Preparation of payroll & MPF contribution & insurance administration
• Assist all HR operations and handle general administration
• Implementation of strategies to support business objectives of company
• Enhancement of policies and procedures
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirement:

• Diploma in HRM or above
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin. field
• Proficiency in MS office of MS Word and MS Excel, familiar with function of vlookup & pivot table
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in fast pacing environment
• Less experience will be consider as Assistant Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
