Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate events with visitors and students helpers.
- Manage various projects and provide administrative and staff support for the Fair which include manage, coordinate, and evaluate program needs, arrange facilities, catering, contracts, and other event logistics.
- Recruit, screen, interview student selection and arrange briefing and mentoring. Manage existing relationships/build partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Assist in marketing events to collaborators, hold information sessions, develop and maintain program website and other marketing materials. Lead and manage event set up, registration and payment processing.
Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree holder with 2 to 3 years of working experience with excellent project management or event planning skills,
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint in handling event database, logistics and social media.
- Willing to work at weekends
- Good in English and Mandarin skills
Contract terms
- three/six months
- Irregular working hours if necessary.
