Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, includes preparing job ads and interview with potential candidates
• Responsible for payroll and benefits program
• Nurture a positive working environment and arrange team building activities

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Experience in recruitment agencies would be an advantage
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
