Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve users’ inquiries;
• Assist in digital books production;
• Assist in database management and maintaining database fresh;
• Solicit feedback from customers to improve service and systems;
• Gate keeping of contents of the company’s websites;
• Perform User Acceptance Test of newly launch services;
• Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• F.6 or above in any discipline;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Mature with good telephone manner and be a good team player;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and with high accuracy.
• Flexible working time: 08:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays (4-12 hours per day)
