Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of personal assistant support to Head of Department and the team, including but not limited to calendar management, travel booking, client contact management
- Provide support to group administration and management
- Prepare reports, powerpoint presentations and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to the team, including budgeting, reporting and other analytical work
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder
- At least 4 years of personal assistant experience in serving senior management in well-established financial organisation
- Organised, responsive, attentive to details and multi-tasking
- Good team spirited, with can do attitude and ready to take on more challenges
- Strong analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Business analysis experience is a definite plus
- Highly pro-active and self-motivated and be able to take initiative for day to day problem solving
