• Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Coordination in dispatching of local & overseas parcels/documents
• Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
• Provide administrative support to Administration & Property Department
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Good Commend of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
