About Our Client (Japanese Trading Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Japanese trading companies,is now looking for an Assistant to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:
- Different kind of data checking, such as stock and master data
- Arrange the packing materials purchasing from suppliers
- Communicate with warehouse staffs for invoice unit price checking
- Communicate with Insurance Company for the damage cargoes
- Handle stock taking at warehouse
- Check the VMI report after receiving from sales department
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirement
- Good Command of Japanese(JLPT N3 or above) , English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- 1 year or above related exp. preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized
- Having problem solving skill
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Able to work independently
