Job Description
1) Shipping Clerk
Duties:
- Handle shipping and banking documents
- Typing of quotation and logistics arrangement
- Follow up orders and general admin. support
- Assist to handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- GOOD ORAL English and Cantonese
- Fair oral Mandarin is preferable
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- More exp. will be considered as Senior Shipping Clerk
- Less experience is welcome as Trainee
2) General CLerk
Duties:
- Perform administrative work and clerical support
- Screen incoming calls and take messages
- Handle data entry and filing.
- Outdoor work when necessary
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirement:
- F. 7 or above
- Good command of ORAL English & Chinese
- Min. 1 year of related working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Remuneration
5-day work, Double Pay, Bonus, Medical, transportation allowance and attractive remuneration package to the right person
