The incumbent will assist the Discovery & Education Manager to supervise full-time and part-time staff. S/he will also be responsible to develop and conduct training programmes, including team building, adventure, corporate social responsibility programmes for conservation actions. S/he will handle client enquires and at the same time provides tailored programme content according to the expectation and programme objectives of the clients. In addition, s/he has to organize evaluation for both full-time and part-time staff to ensure the quality of corporate programmes.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Environment, Education, Social Science or related disciplines
• With at least 3 years’ experience in corporate training, HR, environmental education, CSR or related field
• NLP Practitioner or behavioral consultant is preferred
• Patient and customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Computer literacy in MS office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work outdoor, and on weekends and public holiday
