Job Description
Duties:
- handle daily phone-in enquires
- provide clerical and administrative support to service team
- liaise with technicians on daily orders follow up
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with 1 year working experience
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and Chinese word processing
- Detailed-mind, patient and have good team spirit
- Good command of English and Chinese
