Executive Assistant (Online HKPolyUx MicroMasters Credential in International Hospitality Management) (Ref. 18072313)

[Appointment period: twelve months]

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) participate in Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) eLearning development and audio-visual materials for the online HKPolyUx MicroMasters Credential;

(b) assist in handling MOOC’s subjects implementation, particularly in Desktop Publishing;

(c) provide support and assessment in content development and production for the online programme;

(d) monitor and report production progress;

(e) manage accounting, technical and statistical data;

(f) provide administrative support to internal meetings;

(g) liaise with internal units and external bodies; and

(h) perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or his delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a recognised degree, preferably in Information Technology, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management or a related discipline;

(b) preferably have at least one year of experience in design and development of eLearning application;

(c) be skillful in developing audio and visual materials and have knowledge of data analytics;

(d) have a good command of written and spoken English; and

(e) be attentive to details, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
