Ocean Park Corporation invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating administrative and documentation tasks for supporting daily office operations of Facilities Maintenance Department, including handling of SAP and Kronos Systems. In addition, he/she will maintain an effective filing system and assist Department Head in administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Studies or other relate disciplines
- With at least 3 years’ practical experience in office administrative works
- Computer Literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- A good team player with problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, hardworking, able to work under pressure and independently
