Job Description
Our client is a property managment / consultancy firm with more than 30 years of experience. They are inviting high quality candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design and deliver all-rounded trainings to frontline new joiners and existing staffs to support business goals
- Identify training needs by observing branch’s daily operation
- Conduct course review and evaluation for on-going enhancements.
- Ensure training materials provide insight to increase customer satisfaction
- Evaluate training performance and implement action plans
- Review the effectiveness of training strategies
- Prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience of coaching, mentoring or training experiences
- Customer centric, ability to motivate and innovate
- Good knowledge of real estate is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin.
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS Office)
