1. Perform daily accounting and routine book-keeping
2. Maintain full set of books for group of companies & perform month-end closing
3. Assist year-end closing
4. Maintain ledger system and chart of accounts
5. Prepare monthly account analysis and investigate discrepancies
6. Prepare bank reconciliation and record inter-company transactions
7. Perform administrative duties
8. Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements
* Diploma in Accounting with professional qualification
* At least 5 years' commercial accounting experience
* Self-initiative, possess good analytical, organizational skill and with business acumen
* Hands on experience on SAGE 300 ERP/ACCPAC
* Strong skill in MS OFFICE especially Excel and Powerpoint
* Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
