Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for attendance, including daily operation and report generating.
• Carry out clerical functions to support human resources such as calculation of overtime & various allowances, posting notice to notice board, etc
• Help in sourcing vendor
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors for stationery, uniform, safety shoe, name card, etc
• Purchase furniture and electrical appliances for office use.
• Maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and telephone system
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment
• Distribute incoming correspondence
• Handle invoices for payment
• Handle ad hoc project
• Monitor the sub-contracted cleaner in plant
• Evaluation, recommendation and negotiation with vendors

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 3 years relevant solid experiences
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Detail minded and hardworking
