Job description:
- To update company’s shipping system and to track shipment schedules given by shippers/internal departmental information.
- To exchange documents with shipping companies.
- To prepare payments to shipping lines and to submit oversea remittance at banks.
- To assist company purchase on orders implementation.
- To provide effective communications between clients and suppliers on the shipments arranged.
The candidate should be:
- F.5 or above qualification. Having shipping or purchase work experience is valued but not essential.
- Fresh graduates in possession of a tertiary education would be considered.
- Skilled in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. Putonghua is an advantage.
- Independent, conscientious and self-disciplined are required.
- Immediately available.
- Salary begins HK$12,000.00 per month
