Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management etc.
- Assist to review the policies and procedures to comply with employment-related ordinances and regulations
- Responsible to attendance & leave management and payroll preparation
- Maintain up-to-date HR records in all aspects
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned such as staff recreation
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in interior / architectural design companies
- Good knowledge in Labour Ordinances, Employees' Compensation Ordinance and Regulations in HK
- A team player with excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and language skills - English and Chinese
- Must be organized and able to work independently, as well as handling multiple tasks
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
