Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management etc.
• Assist to review the policies and procedures to comply with employment-related ordinances and regulations
• Responsible to attendance & leave management and payroll preparation
• Maintain up-to-date HR records in all aspects
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned such as staff recreation

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in interior / architectural design companies
• Good knowledge in Labour Ordinances, Employees' Compensation Ordinance and Regulations in HK
• A team player with excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and language skills - English and Chinese
• Must be organized and able to work independently, as well as handling multiple tasks
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
