Responsibilities:

• Engage in hiring process (for middle and senior level positions mainly)
• Take ownership of the candidate, from sourcing, interviewing to presenting to client according to their traits and preferences
• Assist in managing client and candidate database and documentation
• Provide professional consultation base on clients and candidates’ needs
• Participate in business development and build up solid relationship with clients

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in ANY disciplines
• One year of experience in recruitment sector
• Result oriented and independent in performing consulting roles
• Fluent in English and Chinese 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and work under pressure
• Fresh graduate will be considered for research focus role
