Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties include handling phone calls/enquires, incoming/ outgoing documents and shop activities arrangement
• Handle the daily Service Center's operation, including greeting/serving guests, maintaining the Center's facilities & environment, arranging booking services for guests, assisting in activities for events, etc
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the designated department/ team
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• School Certificate or above
• 2 years or above relevant working experience, exposure in customer services areas preferred
• Good telephone manner and customer service skills
• Presentable, self-motivated and cheerful
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua and other language are an advantage
• Pleasant and mature, good communication and well-organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Based in Hong Kong and willing to work on shift
