To provide innovative and comprehensive business solutions including but not limited to digital color solutions, digital document system, knowledge management solutions, network device management utilities, a variety of hardware devices in addition to the IT and business process outsourcing services to cater for the ever-changing and diverse needs of enterprises of all sizes in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and monitor logistics budgets, forecasting, and maintain cost analysis reports
• Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for tracking, measurement, reporting and analysis of all operations
• With hands on operation about the whole shipping procedure and understanding about trade term
• Understanding the contents in all documents such as Bill of Lading and Airway Bill
• Consolidate and report out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and engage in formal business reviews
• Support and drive logistics improvement initiatives to 3PLs and freight forwarders
• Responsible for preparing statistical data for contract negotiations and for participating in negotiations

  Requirements:

• High Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management 
• With 1 year working experience in Trading / Forwarder aspect
• A good team player & strong in strategic thinking
• Good command in English & Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, SAP

Benefits:

 Salary: up to 25K (Depend on experience)

Working Hours: 5 days’ work 09:00 – 17:20

Annul Leave: 12 Days – 16 Days

With Double pay, Discretionary Bonus, MPF, Medicals, OT pay
