Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for procurement of food and non-food items
- Liaise and work closely with central kitchen on stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of the order
- Evaluate vendors quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery and service
- Monitor the inventory level and prepare stock forecasting
- Manage and update purchasing documents and records
- Prepare regular sales reports to management
- Manage accounting journal when necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in supply chain, Business or related discipline
- Min 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B
- Experience in Taobao and cost management is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Responsible, initiative, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good at working in small team and able to work under pressure
- Occasional travel may be required, immediate available is highly preferred
